All media and related information used for the project remains the property of the client, unless otherwise stipulated in writing and signed by both parties.
Any copyright infringements are the sole responsibility of the client.
Should the client choose to change hosting services to another company, an e-mail must be sent from the main registered e-mail address stating such decision.
Termination of hosting services require a 1 full calendar month notice period.
Should the client decide to terminate hosting with Velvet Orange Studio and previously elected to pay the whole annual hosting amount in full, the client agrees to forfeit such fees.
No ticket transfer (domain transfer) will take place until such time as all outstanding accounts have been settled by the client.
While making use of the hosting services of Velvet Orange Studio, we reserve the right to disable any and all accounts that are behind in payments, and/or are involved in any of the following activities:
Pornographic Material (of any kind)
Topsites
IRC Scripts/Bots
Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
Pirated Software/Warez
Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
IP Scanners
Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation)
File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare)
Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
Escrow/Bank Debentures
High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites
